The 2022 EDIG Conference was our second conference and took place on the 21st and 22nd of November 2022. The conference was spread over different time zones to reach out to more people and make it more accessible. The recording of the conference is accessible on our YouTube channel.

This conference brought together the combined learnings of our volunteer base and allowed us to deep dive into several key topics. As part of the conference, we have three sessions focusing on

  1. Data collection in EDI,
  2. Awareness of EDI challenges, and
  3. Action.

Additionally, we had a panel-type workshop exploring unconscious bias supported by the IGI and iCRAG, and run by Diverse Matters.
